• We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the shipment date to request a return.

 

• To be eligible, items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. 

 

• Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the return address. Please note: You are responsible for return postage costs. All returns must be shipped to our UK warehouse. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. 
  

 

• Once we have received and inspected your return, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. 

Please note: We currently do not offer exchanges, only returns.
