We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom and dispatched worldwide.
Orders are typically fulfilled within one business day of being placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email sent to the email address entered at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are:
• United Kingdom: 2–3 working days
• International orders: 5–10 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing, courier delays, or local postal disruptions.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
All orders are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping.
This means that all duties, import taxes, and VAT are included in the price of your order, and customers will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
We are registered for international VAT where required, including:
• IOSS for EU orders
• VOEC for orders shipped to Norway
Order Processing
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
Because our fulfilment process is highly automated, orders may already be packed or dispatched by the time a cancellation or change request is received.
For this reason, we are often unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed.
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item once it arrives.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after dispatch while the courier processes the shipment.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the shipment date to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the return address. Please note: You are responsible for return postage costs. All returns must be shipped to our UK warehouse. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once we have received and inspected your return, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that our sizing may run slightly small, and denim can shrink when washed in high heat. We recommend following the care instructions to maintain the original fit.
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Because our jeans are designed to be worn low rise / low waist, we recommend measuring your low waist or high-hip area (around the body where the jeans will naturally sit). This measurement is the most accurate way to determine the correct size for low rise jeans.
If you are still unsure which size to choose, please email us for assistance. When contacting us, please include your high-hip / low-waist measurement, measured around the body where the jeans will sit, rather than only your waist or hip measurement.
